We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior IT B2B Sales Manager with a hunter mentality and a consultative selling approach to join our expanding team, focusing on both enterprise and SMB sales.


Job Overview:

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play an important role in driving sales growth and acquiring new business accounts across multiple industries. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients who are looking for cloud-based solutions and web development services. You will leverage your strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and network to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals while acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the cloud services and web solutions space, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be adept at consultative selling.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential enterprise and SMB customers across multiple verticals (such as healthcare, finance, retail, manufacturing, education, etc.) who need cloud services, primarily in the local market with potential for expansion.

  • Learn to understand the unique business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements related to cloud computing for clients in different industries, gradually developing your role as a trusted advisor.

  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations, leveraging your expertise to address unique client needs and support their digital transformation journey, tailoring approaches to specific industry contexts.

  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, their industries, and market trends to deliver tailored insights and solutions.

  • Present our AWS solutions to clients from various sectors, highlighting the value proposition and benefits while developing your consultative selling skills and industry-specific knowledge.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and solution architects, to design customized cloud solutions aligned with clients’ long-term objectives.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

  • Work towards meeting assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) across different verticals.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports using CRM systems.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ activities in cloud computing to position our offerings effectively and provide valuable insights to clients.

  • Work closely with our professional services team to deliver optimal solutions to our clients.

Job requirements

  • Fluent in English and Hungarian.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.

  • Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in IT B2B sales, with a focus on cloud services sales, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of public cloud computing, particularly AWS and Microsoft and GCP.

  • Demonstrated experience in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals in a hunter-type sales role, utilizing a consultative selling approach.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated and driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Good knowledge of the local market and an established customer network.

  • Ability to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities.

  • Capacity to develop business plans and strategic partnership proposals.

  • Strong collaborative skills across a full spectrum of partners.

  • Energetic and competitive, with a strong problem-solving ability and adaptability.
