Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our expanding business development and sales team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to gain end-to-end experience in B2B IT sales, from CRM and lead management to cold outreach and junior-level consultative selling.

As a Sales Assistant, you will work at the intersection of sales operations and business development, helping streamline internal processes while directly contributing to pipeline generation. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from senior sales professionals, work on cloud-related opportunities, and grow into a fully autonomous sales role.

CRM & Sales Operations

  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead, account, and opportunity data

  • Support sales team members with reporting, dashboards, and sales documentation

  • Assist with scheduling client meetings, demos, and follow-ups

  • Track KPIs and performance metrics across multiple campaigns and verticals

  • Ensure timely documentation of meeting notes, contact details, and sales status

Business Development (Cold Outreach)

  • Research target companies across verticals like healthcare, retail, finance, and manufacturing

  • Generate lead lists based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and market trends

  • Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, cold email, and cold calling under mentorship

  • Draft and personalize outreach messages that align with each prospect’s industry and challenges

  • Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and solution fit; hand off qualified leads to the Junior Sales Manager or continue nurturing as needed

Junior Sales Support

  • Take ownership of early-stage sales conversations for smaller-scale or lower-priority opportunities

  • Learn to present Devertix’s cloud and web development offerings in a compelling way

  • Support in proposal creation, pricing models, and follow-up communications

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper documentation and scope alignment


What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in Hungarian, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, SDR/BDR, or junior sales — preferably in B2B IT or tech industry

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Passion for learning sales techniques and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with cloud services sales or SaaS solutions

  • Exposure to consultative selling or inbound sales methodology

  • Basic understanding of public cloud platforms and their value proposition for businesses
